What song do these lyrics belong to please?

There was a recent music video that I saw on a music chanel which I really want to get but dont know what its called. Basically the video is based around a women who puts everyone in a trance with her green glowing eyes and gets them all line dancing. It has a sort of south american theme to it and includes the lyrics "i'm just bored to tears" in the chorus. This was released about 2 months ago. Any ideas anyone?
