Song title and band - possibly from the seventies?

Does anyone know the name of a song which was kind of a disco beat, and the chorus goes something like 'everybody wants to be woozy woozy' or something like that? (Had it stuck in my head for weeks)! Thanks

I do remember it and think it's 'bourgie bourgie', denoting 'bourgeoisie' (if I have spelt any of that right I will be surprised).
