Camouflage/Cabbagehead

Stan Ridgway had a hit called 'Camouflage'. A parody version of it was produced called 'Cabbagehead'. Internet searches have failed to throw up the name of the artiste responsible for this. Has anyone any ideas?

Good suggestion, thanks, but it's not listed in his discography. I actually think it was an Irish artiste or band.
