Hello. Does anyone know who sang the theme tune to the Beatrix Potter 'Peter Rabbit' series which was shown years ago on TV..? I believe some of the lyrics are "the rain has moved on, and left a new day..." (and then the rest). Please help, thanks!

The singer is Miriam Stockley, and the song is 'Perfect Day'.

She has sung many other film themes, such as Great Expectations, Lord of the Rings and Rob Roy.

Miriam contributed to the soundtrack of The Lord of the Rings (the first movie). She was part of the large chorus plus she sang a solo in Elvish.
