comedy chase music

does anyone know the name of the piece of music typically played on tv during a comic chase? I cant describe it well but.. it is played by a saxaphone i think, has no words, and is quite fast and 'bouncy' music! I can't think of anything recently it has been played on, except the kids art programme Smart last night, which i overheard - hence the question now!

If anyone has any ideas please let me know!! Thanks!!
