Unknown song

Hi there has been a song that came out not long ago i think which i saw on TOTP or some program like that. I think it was by express 2 vs sombody but im not 100%. The video had a collage like look and in it there is a man walking with a square head. The song is the man with the square head talking over a dancy / ambient tune.
