i have tried youtube but it pulls up golfers talking, and i am positive he is an actor doing a voiceover.

i finally worked it out after listening closely,
it's Iain Glen the actor, whew now i can stop being
bugged by it..

Ah, a fine actor and a Scot after all - though you wouldn't think so in interview.

a very fine actor, last seen i think in Game of Thrones,
i didn't realise he was a Scot though, not that it matters.
he has such a distinctive voice, one of those you can listen to for an age.

I haven't watched GoT, Jack Taylor was definitely when he won me over, marvellous.

i can remember the tv show The Fear back in 1988, where he played the part of a criminal member of a gang, he was quite young but stood out in my memory even then.
