Beautiful song. Shame he's still not around. He deserved a lot more recognition. Great writer as you said. Love that song in particular, always makes me emotional....

Gaye is absolutely beautiful. I like all the strings and other orchestral sounds in his songs. Very clever.

Cap'n I had it on vinyl to ( gawd know's where it's gone ), one of the very few albums that I bought at that time that wasn't on Motown, Stax or Atlantic label.
