The only way I can find this is by praying to god someone here like German Rock and knows their music vids and bands, I'll try describe the video XD
There is a couple in a room with what looks like a councilor, a male and female, and they're singing the song but it's as if they're having a conversation in the video. It cuts back and forward from the whole band playing on the roof to this couple in the room, and then near the end what looks like SWAT members comes in and there is a firefight.
