What do you think of this cover? It reminds me of The Life of Pi.

it's not Storm Thorgeson but...... it's about the music these days as long as the music stands up everthing else is glossing for me
Didn't for one moment think I'd see you on this thread Slapshot :-)
Looking forward to hearing it meself.

I'm looking forward to it, Slappy. Just a bit bemused by the cover.

Just in time for Mr T's birthday.
Well...if he doesn't appreciate that Mrs.T....Hmm won't say anymore.
Question Author
He will, lozzy. No doubt about it. Might get myself one to keep in the car.
Ya, love them.

I agree, it's an odd cover. Now you've mentioned, I can't help thinking that yes, it does look like The Life Of Pi.

...........without the tiger, jj.
Maybe the tiger is on one of the inside pages.
I must admit, I didn't know they were still making new CDs.
Question Author
Maybe, jj. We'll have to wait and see.
There are probably hundreds of songs that never made the albums in the past that we could see filtered out, that's got to be a good thing
Maybe if Storm Thorgerson hadn't passed away the new album cover wouldn't remind us of anything.
Wish you were here still remains my all time favourite.
So one day, when the band have all died, the songs they rejected during their lifetime as not being good enough, will be released by greedy record producers and family members.

"Amy Winehouse Syndrome"
I like Echoes, (from Meddle)
As long as the muzak is good......didn't know an album was planned....good though potentially.
DSOTM and Meddle are my faves but I am partial to Ummagumma as well

I couldn't choose a favourite song but my favourite cover, not counting the iconic pyramid spectrum, is the Battersea Power Station one. I have forgotten which album that is
Agreed, Tilly. It does remind me of the Life of Pi. Am I the only person bothered by the BBC's use of the phrase "a bunch of " in the report? For some reason, that really grates.
