I'm not much of a television viewer.
I think that there is some really awful music in each generation, and as you get older most of the new stuff sounds the same. All the boy bands and girl bands seem to look and sound the same to me.
I think that I am turning into my parents .

Every decade has good and bad music, I liked a lot of 80s stuff. It was the best, worst and then best again decade for me so many of the songs have a memory.

80's were the best. Duran Duran, Spandau Ballet, Eurythmics etc...were great. Mind you it was my era so I am being biased here.

Paul Heaton is a dick IMO (yes I have met him) but the band made some great music.

I don't think any particular decade is worse/better than another, good and bad to be found all throughout really, I like bits and pieces from all eras going back centuries!

Well i think that Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B/Soul, Electronica, Disco/House were never stronger and never will be, thats why its the best and the most creative of all the genres!
