We couldn't win, even if Elvis sang for us.
absolutely - NO chance
Haven't heard it, don't want to.
No chance of him winning. The song is not a winning song and I feel even more embarrassed than ever by the whole eurovision thing since we've signed up Engelbert.
Same as Boxtops, Not heard the song, don't need to. He has as much chance as any other Brit. NONE! Waste of time and money.
Although??
I think we might if Elvis DID sing for us!
It would be different....
Didn`t dislike the song but the singing?????????? Seemed so strained.
Correction
Just listened to the song.....even WITH Elvis singing we've no chance.

Nothing special. I think those seven grannies from Russia will win. (:o/

Question Author
I think it hasn't a hope. Maybe they don't want to win as it costs so much to stage the show.

Twee little ballad glides along fairly happily till the extremely excruciating finish -O Englebert!!!! (puts hands over face in embarrassment ) O yes - and fingers in ears! Sorry nil points!
If you haven't already heard it - but BEWARE of ending!!!
Someone stood on his toe at the very end oh oh oh OWWWWWWWW!!!!!
I like the song, but I think political voting means we will probably never win the Contest ever again, regardless of how good or bad our entry is.
The Irish are so desperate not to win, that they are putting Jedward up for the second year running.
haven't heard it, quite frankly i wonder why this competition is still going.
The song is really good, but we know whats going to happen? Its off to Russia next year as the singing grannies will swoop the prize. Such a shame for what was once a great song contest. However will still watch it!

Grannies win.
