Anyone remember the title.......

....of a tune from (I think) the early 90s.....or, indeed, know what I'm talking about, given the following vague description?
It was lively and I think it was mainly instrumental. It had a drumbeat with a clarinet-sounding instrument and sounded almost 20s Charleston-era. I think it was a European band. Can't remember much more.
