Who are the group/band who wear helmets?

Hi, does anyone know the name of a band who wear motorbike helmets? Ive only seen a video to one of their songs, and I want to find out what it's called. I think I have heard some of the song recently in an advert or something.

I dont know if they wear helmets all the time, or just in this video. The song has a great beat and has weired electric sounds in it, and i dont think there much singing, if any.
