Been meaning to post this question for a while.. But why is it Phil Collins gets alot of criticism?

Drummers are good at hitting things. Often other band members. Which is why they ended up a trio. They tended to be a bit dull without the more creative Gabriel. And he was a child actor as well, do we need another reason not to like him?
