Anybody know anything about why Gillian Gilbert left New Order?

Gillian left so that she could care for her and Stephen Morris' (the drummer in New Order) child.

Not sure of the specific details, but I know that their daughter's had a long-term illness.

Their daughter was certainly ill when the band toured 'Get Ready'.

This is an extract from an answer I provided to a similar question in January:

She hasn't left permanently. She (and drummer Stephen) have a young child who has struggled with poor health. Gillian has given up playing in the band to look after their child full time - the door has been left open for her return at the appropriate time.

How are Tracey Thorne and Ben Watt from Everything but the Girl.  I know they had 2 or 3 kids but can anybody update me?
