Renewing a provisinal lisence.

Hello all ABers.

I need to renew my provisional licese because my motorcycle entilement ran out back in 2003, since i got the first photo card i have been prescribed glasses, do i need to be wearing the glasses in the picture i send to dvla. I only wear them for reading / watching tv etc?
