yes its called driving without due care and attention
and also leaving the scene of a accident
report it to the police and get in touch with a lawyer and if there was any witnesses and details of the car driver date, time etc
was it done on badness?

why in the hell was the driver so close as to hit you with the wing mirror anyway?, stupid people, one thing only to say in these circumstances really, claim for it, daft s*d, shouldn't be so close anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!p.s anyone with any common sense on the road should know that, and iam a learner driver.....................for now!!!!!!!!!!!!!
