Fiat Punto - Bulb Change

My headlight has blown on my passenger side and I'm having problems getting the backing cap off to get the old bulb out. Any tips??

The only easy way to remove the backing cap on the passenger side is to remove the fuse box bolts, then push the fuse box up and away from the back of the headlight. This will give you enough room to slide the cap off.

No mention of this in handbook or Hayes manual.
