I recently picked up my new company car - a Ford Focus ECOnetic. On the display on the dash you can scroll through all the usual info (temp, avg mpg, avg speed etc) but also a display called 'ECO MODE'. This displays 3 icons for Gear Changes, Anticipation and Motorway and three 'flowers' that are partially coloured in. When you scroll through the ECO display it tells you to refer to the handbook for more info. Maybe I was given an old handbook, or maybe I was mistakenly given one for the standard focus, but there is no info regarding the ECO mode in it.

The best I can find from scouring the Internet is that it is meant to be monitoring my driving and advising me how to reduce fuel consumption. Please can anyone advise me how this works and how I can interpret this display into some meaningful information / advice?
