Siphoning petrol

Can petrol be siphoned out of a Mondeo (1999)? The screw thingy underneath is rusted solid.
(I'm selling the vehicle but it has a full tank which is worth more than the car!)

I have heard of tanks being screwdrivered to drain it off, then a simple filler (body filler etc) used to plug the hole

lift the back seat and u can access the tank.after swallowing amouthful of petrol,youl realise it aint worth the hassle
