custom car paint

hi i have a white vauxall astra and i want to spray white paint on the door handles and the bumper so it looks nice.

how do i do it? do i doit myself or to a garage? any disdvantages?

not something to atempt without the correct paint/primer etc. wont last 5 mins unless its done properly.

the paint will not stay on the plastic.unless it treated and painted on by a professional sprayer,and will cost you about £500,hardly worth it for a crappy old astra.
