V W Beetle

Hi .I've got to change two items on this car and the handbook isnt alot of use,can you help !.
Front fog light set into grill ,the bottom screw you can get at ,the top one looks like you have to remove to much to get at it ,surely not !!.
Oil light switch (cos its staying on yellow) .Bought the switch and cannot find where its located ,think the Beetle engine is the same as a Golf MK 5,only thing that looks any thing like it is behind the oil filter ,which i would say would have to be removed to get at it ,very very tight ,that night not be it , hellllllp !!
