Ding removal kits,any good?

Hi my wife recently had her car damaged in a car park and it has left 2 ding marks.Are the kits you can buy off e-bay and halfords any use or is it time to visit the bodywork shop?

my car got hit on the door with a bin ..i found a number for a dent man he got the dent out really good ..cost me 50 pound to have it done in a garage would of cost 100 up to 300 .....have a look in yellow pages

i used a dent puller from halfords it was no good
