I have a Nissan Primera 2.0dLX which is suffering judder when I feed the clutch in.
Is it new clutch time? or could it be the friction plate is contaminated?

Could be oil contamination from a faulty crankshaft seal. Try slipping the clutch hard for a minuute or so to burn it off then see if it still judders - if it does then you maybe need to look at engine/ gearbox mountings. To get at the crankshaft oil seal the gearbox and clutch have to come out so it would be as well to fit a new clutch assembly.
Clutch judder can be caused by a weak or worn pressure plate - looks like you'll have to have it off sooner or later.
i work in a garage and on some mid 90s nissan models they suffer scored and pitted flywheels which cause clutch judder.
