ford radio keycode

I have the keycode ofr my ford radio but it deosnt semm to work. Can any one confirm if I have thre right code or suggest what the problem might be?

model 6000cd serial no. M495832

I had the same problem after my battery was replaced.
I had never used the code before and it did not work.
My Ford garage solved the problem free of charge.
