Your engine is about to seize up or has already - budget for a replacement unit.

Hi Bev, whats this means is that you or anybody else is not going to figure out what is wrong without getting somebody to connect a diagnostic to the car and actually putting ''hands on'' and checking things out. Could be something serious as suggested by the answer above or something simple like a fuel pressure failure or something.

Do you mean the oil pressure warning light? If this is the case, damage will have been caused to the engine, probably serious. If a warning light comes on, stop immediately (if safe to do so) and switch off the engine. Get it checked out. It could be lack of oil or a pump failure.

Hi bev........my son didn't realise that a red light meant stop either. Then the engine went BANG! It was expensive. If it's not already too late get it checked out ASAP.
