Remember a dealer price will be twice a private sale price so £350 is not far off. I would advertize it at £495 or best offer and see what you get offered. Put it just under £500 as that seems to be a barrier for a cheap car. Mileage makes very little difference for a car that's 10 years or more old. In fact many people think a car with high milage has shown it is reliable.
