The telephone signal strength icon on my Audi A6 Bluetooth system has disappeared and I can only make or receive calls via my mobile. Any help?

Is the phone still showing in the devices list?
Is the Bluetooth on the phone switched off?
Is the car showing in the paired devices list on the phone?

I haven't used Answerbnk for a long time and under its new format I find that I can't readily communicate with those answering my question. I am using this panel, therefore, to thank douglas9401 for helping me solve my problem. Much appreciated !
