Did you not do a Test Drive before you bought it?
Question Author
yes l drove it and windows didn't would so they said not to worry there electric man went all over car and told me it was sorted
Car's not fit for purpose, get your money back before it starts costing you big money, the car is dodgy one.
Question Author
thank you l will open link later just trying to sort this car many thanks
^agree with TWR not only unfit for purpose it seems actually dangerous and should not be on the road. ( underside dragging on the floor!)
Go back first thing tomorrow morning ( DO NOT drive it there) and demand a full refund. Do not drive it there get them to come and pick it up!!
If they do not agree go to your local trading standards.
If it was advertised as 'sold as seen' then you might have more of a battle.
What an awful experience. Did it come with a new MOT as that would be very suspect if it did. Like someone else has suggested, go back to the garage (without the car) & contact Trading Standards if you get problems with them. Good luck.
You do seem very unlucky with cars and accidents jkz. The car sounds a nightmare I hope you didn't pay much for it.
Can JKZ name the garage or is that against rules?
Even 'sold as seen' can't let them get away with selling a dangerous car and this one is dangerous. If they don't give you a full refund go to the police or trading standards and report them for selling a dangerous car. Does it have an MOT? If so which garage did it? It should never have passed an MOT.
To add, stop your insurance & give them your reason, contact the DVLA regards the road tax, does the garage that sold you this car sell sell cowboy hats JKZ? if you don't reject this car you will pay the price! ££££££££££££££

Question Author
sorry for the bad spelling and English but was rushing to type l have just seen all the bad typing mistakes l made
l put the name of garage but site have block it been named
thank again
If it has a new MOT then it looks as if there is MOT fraud involved as well.
A car in that condition should have been ordered off the road not issued an MOT. I would also report the garage that did the MOT.
Enter the reg and make of your car here, it will give you the MOT history and tell you if the MOT you have is genuine

just curious. what happened about your car?
