Hi my seat leon petrol has become a little growly when accelerating at low speeds and uphill almost like the exhaust has a hole but i got an exhaust problem fixed only a week ago the car is running fine what could it be?

Probably the work you had done a week ago has come undone, or it has disturbed a weak joint in the system and caused it to blow.
