Help exterior paint spots on car

How can i remove white exterior paint spots from my car. Just on the one side. Tried T Cut doesn't touch it. My car's red, so stands out quite a bit. If i stand and use my nail, it comes off!! Take me months to take it all off this way. Any ideas? auzzie (Wed 17:23 24/Aug/05)

Kev_UK		(Wed 22:26 24/Aug/05) I have a red American car and mine had kind of water marks that couldn't be shifted. I read somewhere about water based paints, but not sure if they were used in manufacture.. I also read about "paint spotting" .. Anyway, I haven't got that problem anymore as it's recently been resprayed using 2 pac paint.
