Counter Part Driving Licence?

Hi
my new car insurance company wants a copy of the counter part of my drivers licence. I must have lost it. Would i contact the dvla for another copy? I've gone on their website but there's no information about this. And it costs 1.53 per minute to ring them. So thought i'd ask on here for advice first.
