BMW X5 2007 Diesel - loads of smoke from the exhaust ?

Dear good AB'ers - BMW X5 2007 Diesel, all of a sudden loads of smoke from the exhaust - could this be injectors or turbo or something else thanks good AB'ers GL .

Is it black on acceleration Graham? injectors, smoke & loss of power! Poss Turbo, could also be an injector Fault Eg/ One not Injecting.
