Mystery car sticker

Just followed a car which had an oval bumper sticker with red and yellow horizontal stripes and the letter C in black in the middle. Anyone know what it is please?

C is the international vehicle code for Cuba, don't know about the coloured stripes though

says 'c' is cuba but that seems unlikley here!
Could it have been c for Catalan (sounds like their flag)?
catalunya

The Catalans have adopted their distinctive breed of donkey as a car sticker, although you will also see the stripes of the Catalan flag or a "C"

This? Scroll down a wee bit
does the UK recognise Catalunya?
Not sure but Spain does. In the Balearics every menu and road sign etc is written in both Castillian Spanish and Catalan.
I was just thinking that if the OP is driving in Britain then the car in question may not be legal. But I don't know the laws.
I'd assumed it was just a bumper sticker rather than an official label - you know like 'if you can read this back off' ;-)
