does anyone know where i could find the new prices for the cars of yesteryear??

1's such as mark 1 & 2 golf, xr3i, xr2i, astra gte etc...

Try searching on YouTube for the original TV ads. I found one with four Nuns in a Vauxhall Chevette, and the ad for the Austin Metro and Maestro that starred Nigel Mansell and Murray Walker.

At the end it will usually show you the price.

And if you're wondering, the night I found these there was naff all on telly and the wife had a headache.

i always find mad stuff late at night when the missus is asleep and i post em on her fb wall. doubt she watches em though
