warning lights

i have a 2004 mercedes slk and a light has come on on the dashboard. it is a yellow cicle with dashs coming off it and an exclamatition mark in the middle. does anyone know what this is?

i think it is brake pads low, but it might be low brake fluid been a few years since i sold my merc and am struggling to remember
