pollen filter

hi. do,s anyone know where the pollen filter is on my 02 astra 2.2 it has air con, but unable to find. ta.

from what i remember its behind the glovebox...not sure wether the glove box drops down enough or you have to remove it..but im fairly certain thats where it is.

it is definitely accessed through the glove box, its located behind the heater matrix..

Fitting Stage 1:-
Remove the glove box by first removing the three torx screws along the bottom edge of the glove box. Open glove box, then remove the torx screws along the top edge of the glove box.

Fitting Stage 2:-
Gently pull glove box out until the light cable connection can be seen, then disconnect the cable plug. The glove box can now come right out. The filter housing can now be seen angled behind the centre console.

Fitting Stage 3:-
Undo the clips (or, with some models remove the screws) from the plastic access plate. Remove the access plate. Pull the old filter out.
