I have recently loaded all my ITunes music library onto a flash drive for playing on my car audio system. Most of the tracks show the artwork on the car display unti, but others do not. When I investigated, the ones that show artwork are MP4a files, the ones that don't all seem to be MP3s. Can I convert these to MP4a's and if so, how do I do it?

There are lots of free audio converters around, with this generally being well-reviewed:

However if the artwork data is actually missing from an MP3 file it's not going to suddenly turn up if you convert it to an MPEG-4 (a.k.a. Mp4A) file. This might be more useful:

Thanks Buenchico for the links. I'll have a look and see if they'll help, however, I do already have the artwork on the original files, but they just don't seem to copy across to the flash drive. Yet for mpeg4 files they do, which us why I thought conversion might help!
