2003 Honda CRV

The 'lights on' audible warning has stopped working. Where would I find this in the engine compartment to check if a connection has come loose? Thanks

You might have better luck posting the question on a Honda owner’s website.
Although I don’t know the answer - my bet would be on a solder connection/join on a PCB behind the driver instrument binnacle.

Before such useful features were fitted as standard – I made my own, consisting of a piezo buzzer and diode. The circuit was connect from a side-light to the + out of the vehicle ignition switch. In operation, with the side-light on, the un-powered ignition circuit provides a low enough return path to operate the piezo buzzer. The diode blocks the current from the ignition + to the side-light.

A 12V piezo buzzer & diode are readily available from Maplin, all for less than £2.
