Which tyres?!

Hi guys I am looking to buy some new tyres for my golf gti turbo!! I need 4 and have a friend who can get me a great good deal on the set of four I need!!Trouble is I am clueless which to choose!!I have narrowed it down to Avon, Bridgestone or Firestone!!Can anyone please give me some tips on which to go for?I for about 8000 miles a year,and my driving has known to be a little speedy:-)!! Thanks in advance for any advice!!

Just make sure they are a well known brand, not some budget or mid range shoes.

These guys can do some pretty good deals, particularly if you are buying four. Worth checking out.
make sure that they are the correct speed rating as a reputable tyre fitter will not fit them if they are not. Also make sure that they are the correct temperature rating as some foreign imports (phillipines)are too hard for the uk climate and develop flat spots oernight in the winter and do not grip well for a few miles. You can also get quieter tyres and energy saving tyres, take your pick.
I will suggest you to buy radial Tyre of Bridges tone.
