1970's tv programme

can anyone remember a t.v programme, we think in the early 70's about a vicar who had to advertise for congregation . his wife a nurse who advertised sexual favours etc. the main theme of the drama was about advertising, i.e on billboards, leaflets etc, quite rare then but common now. Also the vicars son was doing business studies at school, another unheard subject. Would be grateful if anybody could remember this, sometimes we think we are the only ones who saw it.. I know we ae getting on now but this programme made an impression on us,my husband thinks it had the word 'titanic' in the title. thanks
