A least it was an original storyline - frozen lake, ice breaks, couple fall in, get rescued - you wouldn't see a storyline like that in any other soap this holiday season.

I must be really thick 'cos I thought he was dead! The way he came up through a gap in the ice and sort of smiled a sad smile, then nodded to Roxy and vanished was a bit ghostly as if only she could see him and was saying goodbye.

I love how the BBC managed to find a lake in rural Essex that contained water as clear as the Med. on a summer's day. Add to that ice which only cracks in one place, and still allows people to run on it, and they have got a real situation going.

As for Shown - maybe he finally got that bath he always looks like he needs ....

Well I'll miss Sean. He played a good part and beside that,he's sexy and those dimples! Rob is going to build his own car with the help of 2 mechanic mates of his. Thats why he wanted to leave EE so he might be back.
