On one of my previous threads a poster stated that his wife on also on AB.

Hence my questions:
Is your partner or family on here with you??
If not would you encourage them to join?
Do you have to 'behave' when you're both on here?

OH is on AB, but rarely posts (usually technical stuff) I'm not even sure of his user name. I'm pleased that he has access to such a huge pool of wisdom(!) and feel no need to alter my posting habits.

grasscarp - I did know it, then things got complicated when I was computerless lately and I lost the ability to communicate - so I borrowed his computer (with permission) to send a message that I was still around etc..
After that, when he posted a question, it came up under my name so he had to rescind membership and start again (thanks to buenchico for telling us that). I just can't remember what new name he chose, I'll ask him. :0)
