Quote: There are some people who always seem angry and continuously look for conflict. Walk away; the battle they fight isn't with you, it is with themselves.

Think this quote could apply to quite a few posters on this site - myself included!

However, I have decided that from today onwards I will not enter into any debates about religion, immigration, racism or politics. There are plenty of "happy" posts to keep me going.

And if this site was just 'happy' posts then it would be super boring.

Are you looking at me?
there are a lot of haters around these days, aren't there? And they don't debate, they just restate.

Best just to regard these keyboard warriors as a joke and join in when you feel like it.

I wondered why 'CROSSWORDS' was such a popular section.

We on the crossword site have nothing to argue about especially if we don't know the answers. It's our helpful nature I guess. ? :-)

The first post that I saw on Facebook today was:

Dalai Lama

Like anyone else, I too have anger in me. However, I try to recall that anger is a destructive emotion. I remind myself that scientists now say that anger is bad for our health; it eats into our immune system. So, anger destroys our peace of mind and our physical health. We shouldn't welcome it or think of it as natural or as a friend.

The unabated influx of immigrants to (our country), has the effect of overwhelming (our) distinct cultural and religious identity and reducing (my people) to an insignificant minority in their own country, amounts to a policy of cultural genocide.

^Quote- Dalai Lama. ;)
I`m not sure if I`m right but I see people every day who seem to take on soap like characteristics - the only solution to something is an argument, a punch up or a hissy fit - maybe they absorb that without realising. Do you know someone like that?
'' you would fight with your own shadow '' no need post on AB :) :)

You're right Bouncer33 and I regret posting it. That's the main reason for this post, better to stay out of these debates/arguments as I just get annoyed which is not good for me.
How would like the site to be?
