BBC1 are currently airing series 1 but on Wed 18 Feb they showed episode 10 and today (19th) episode 9; tomorrow (20th) they are showing series 3 ep. 1.

So why has series 1 episode 8 ("The Face of Death") been missed out? No explanation was given on air for the schedule change, only the usual "in a change to our advertised programme..."

According to the Radio Times website..."This episode is not scheduled for broadcast." It does seem odd, but there might have been a licensing problem.

A description of the episode on the internet says "Lady Margaret runs a man down and his son Daniel blames her for deliberately doing it"

Could it be that the has been a real case of somebody being run down and they would rather not show it.
In the printed version of Radio Times it was scheduled for broadcast.
The full episode can be found on the Internet. Just watched it and can't see any reason for them not showing it on 18th Feb.
