Monday. It's 7° C outside, but the sky is clear, so with a bit of luck the sun will show itself. Going to tackle the back hedge if it does.

That's me sorted for the day.

Still no sign of tiggy and family. :o{

Have a happy day everyone.

Good morning Boatie and how are you today. Temp dropping a little here. Only 29when I sat out watching the sun come up. Hope there's good news about Tiggy soon.
Question Author
Morning GY xxx I remember those temperatures. Tend to forget what winter is. It's a bit of a shock to the system when you come back from the Far East in January to six foot snow drifts!

I miss tiggy, he's such a brave little lad.

How's GY today?
Morning Boaty & Grandma
Hope you are both well.
Lovely spring day here about 24c at the moment, still wearing long duds, shoes and a jumper but summer is on its way. Haven't had a frost for a couple of days now.
Question Author
Morning oz. :o} It won't be too long until we have frost here.

I'm fine thanks. You OK?

Weather report on the idiot box says it's going to warm up a bit. Goodo!
Morning to you too 1ozzy. About to go and wake GY in a minute,hope he can work from home today. Internet keeps dropping out and the landline is knackered again. Have to pop out to Abela and get the papers,back later.

Take care GY xxxxx
All's good here thanks. Just started 2 weeks hols. Going to visit my daughter next week, lives about 6 hours drive from here, haven't seen her for a few months. Rather glad our winter is ending. Hope Tiggy is still being a good bread winner :-).
Grandma_Y. Best of luck with your connection.
Question Author
Always good to see family mate. 6 hours? That's next door in Aussie terms isn't it? ;o}

Tiggy is a hard working wee lad, I'm sure wherever he has taken them he will do his best for them. I really hope he comes back.
Yeah...pretty much. 200km round trip to a shopping mall for us. Last year a 700km round trip for one game of footy for one of my sons wasn't unusual, 200km trip for a "home game".
But we love living in the middle of nowhere.
No bad influences for the kids, (or me :-)
Question Author
I agree with that oz. I was in Aus in 1966, an army exercise with the RAR. That was in the middle of nowhere. We had Abo's as guides. I got to like them.
hi wbm n all - great spell of weather -so it is
Question Author
Morning beej. Yup it's grand here too/ About yous?
Question Author
For / read .
Morning all xx
Boaty, really sad news about Tiggy isn't it?
deadon mate- dead on
emailing u now
"Abo's" Hee hee,,,we aren't allowed to call 'em that, it's either Koori or "indigenous owners" these days ;-\
'66?, well you have a few years on me "old mate".
Where were you stationed?
These days the city/town dwelling Indigenous don't tend to behave but those in the countryside are great, have quite a few mates that used to own this country.
Goodly morning peeps xx

hope all is well with each, back in a bitty :-)
Question Author
Morning jan xxx Yes. I can't help worrying about them.

I'll look in a sec beej. :o}
