Just before we went on holiday for three weeks we had a new SKY plus box installed and I set our favourite programmes to record while we were away. None of the times clashed but for some reason most of them failed to record. Some failed all three times, some recorded once then failed then recorded again, some failed twice but then recorded the third time. We have managed to get some back with On Demand but that only covers Sky 1, Atlantic and Living. Having said that I cannot get back the last two episodes of Arrow and that was on Sky 1 or the last two episodes of Blue Bloods which is on Atlantic. I am not technically minded and grandson had to help with the On Demand. Is there any way I can watch back episodes on the Watch channel and the FOX channel? Have never watched TV on my laptop before so would be grateful for advice. I really don't fancy an hour long wait hanging on the phone at my expense trying to contact SKY. Strangely since we got back nothing has failed but I would like to watch the shows in sequence. Thanks in advance.

It probably failed if you switch the plug off that feeds the box, you might not get much on the ondemand service as this is a very poor service compared with. Virgin

I know I did not switch the plug off on the satellite box because, as I said, some of the programmes did record. Son has Virgin which he loves but it doesn't do all the channels I like to watch so I've stayed with SKY. Just want to know if there is any way I can catch up the episodes I have missed.
Go to the sky go site and look at the on demand programmes they should be there.
