Hairy Dieters

Hi all

Did anyone watch the first prog last night? Obviously from the RT article they both achieve good weight loss.
From what I saw last night Si King's youngest looks more in need of losing weight than his old man.
Weight gain must be quite a hazard for professional chefs etc although there are some that remain reasonably slim.

Yes, I enjoyed it - something of an inspiration to me. (I'm not 19st but I do have a fair bit I must shift, and if they can do it, I can!)
Yes, and I was shocked when they said that 13.5 stone and above is creeping into the danger zone. Botox...my OH is about that and he hasn't a pick on him.

It was obvious that they were both overweight but they are both taller than I thought which probably made it less obvious just how much excess they are carrying
I watche the first half and taped the second x
I thought they were good sports to do this .I love the Hairy Bikers ....and I'm going to see them live in November .
As for his son ..probably puppy fat .If he grows up to be as tall as Si he'll lose that .My youngest son was rather chubby at that age ( the son looked about 13or 14 to me ) He's now 6 4 and hasn't an ounce of fat on him .
Both of them were chubby boys - Si said he weighed 11 stone when he was 11, a stone for every year of his life.
I'm with you boxtops!
