Help with title for TV drama

There was a TV drama on channel 4 last year but ive no idea of the name, all i can remember is it involved a plane that had crashed but a cover up was involved.

All I can find is a programme called 'Plane Crash' apparently based on the Hudson river. I'll try to post a link.

‘The Event’?
It had a plane crash at the start and then there are all sorts of flashbacks. I gave up after 2 episodes, far too confusing for me!
